Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday! I don't know about all of you but the Tuesday after a 3-day weekend always feels like the most awful Monday ever. I'm always a bit groggy, and feel less energized than I do most Mondays. I'm pretty sure long weekends are supposed to be relaxing and a nice treat, but to me it just throws off my schedule and makes me feel behind and unmotivated when I start the week.
It always seems like there aren't enough cups of coffee in the world to get me through so I decided to try a focus roller and even after only about 30 minutes of having it applied I can feel the difference! I'm more focused (hence the name), energized, and motivated to tackle the day. I've already accomplished the first 2 items on my to-do list and have organized the rest of my work day to be productive and balanced.
I'll preface that while I was getting ready for work this morning I diffused Stress Away, which made an extremely positive start to the morning. Just as I was getting into my car to drive to work I applied the Focus Roller to my wrists and the back of my neck and felt a difference within minutes. Depending on how today goes I'll likely reapply every few hours for an extra boost of focus and motivation. The recipe is super easy and will now become a staple to my roller collection.
What You Need:
- GLASS 10ml Roller Bottles
- Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
- Young Living Orange Essential Oil
- Preferred Carrier Oil (I use V-6 from Young Living)
- Funnel (Optional)
- Add 15 drops each, YL Peppermint EO and YL Orange EO.
- Fill the rest with carrier oil.
- Apply roller cap and lightly shake.
- Ready for use!
