So often I feel like we don't take enough time to really think about what we're grateful for. Even more so, we're hesitant to express what we're grateful for out of fear of appearing arrogant or like we're bragging. I think we need to get back to both feeling grateful and expressing joy for the blessings we have. If we can start feeling grateful we can start radiating positivity that becomes contagious to others. If we start expressing the happiness that we have we can in turn encourage others to do so.
I for one know how truly blessed I am to be surrounded by the people I have and the opportunities that I've created. Some of my blessings are coincidental, such as the family I was born into, the friends I've just-so-happened to meet along my journey, and the perfect timing that occurred so I can love my soul mate. Others come from hard work and long hours that I have put in to accomplish the goals I have set for myself. Either way I feel thankful every single day for the life that I get to live. Each of our lives is a masterpiece and the things that surround us are the beautiful colors that make up that piece of art. Because I just turned 26 I figured I would share the 26 things I'm grateful for. No explanations, no descriptions, just an unfiltered list of what I am grateful for:
My Desire to Learn
My Ability to Travel
My Adaptability to Change
